Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from other sales courses?
1. It’s very specific to your product or service. I teach you how and what to say for your specific business. This is not generic training on negotiation or presentation skills. You will walk away with exactly what to say in every step of the sales process for your business. 2. I will never give you the “wink wink” and ask you to do something that doesn’t feel right ethically or morally to get the sale. 3. Direct access to me. I haven’t seen another course of this caliber where the trainer is accessible. How can I do this? Because I know less than 20% of you will take advantage of me being here to answer your questions. But I want to be there for that 20%. Be the 20%!
How do I know if it's right for my business?
In general, I work best with Business to Business startups (such as software, coaching and consulting, recruiting, service based businesses) or Direct to Consumer companies that sell high ticket items (like experience travel, solar paneling, etc). The course is not designed for customers with low price points that are sold exclusively online through digital marketing strategies. It is a professional sales training program for inside or outside sales. If you are not sure, ask me! I will tell you candidly if I can help.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@jpmpartners.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will give you a full refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I stand confidently behind this product and work on an honor system to for refunds. Occasionally, you’ll get one or two people who purchase the course, enjoy it and ask for a refund anyway, but in general, this honor system has worked.
What happens after 30 days?
The reason I put a 30 day limit on it is because people tend to forget why a purchase was so important to them if they procrastinated starting the course. Start right away and get results. Are there any discounts?
